ERIN AUSTIN

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Speaker on AI, Reputation, and Client Trust

For high-trust professionals, legal and ethical compliance is not the standard for AI use. It is the bare minimum. Reputation comes first.

AI is a technology issue. Trust is a leadership issue.

AI is in everything, everywhere, all the time. For professionals whose work depends on trust, this creates a different kind of challenge.

The question is no longer just whether AI use is legal. Or even whether it is ethical.

The real question is: What does your use of AI say about you?

Erin Austin speaks to organizations and professional audiences who cannot afford to treat AI as just another productivity tool. Her talks are designed for people whose work involves confidential information, personal data, sensitive decisions, and high-stakes client relationships — where using AI carelessly can damage credibility long before it creates a legal problem.

Her message is simple, clear, and highly relevant: for high-trust professionals, compliance is only the floor. Reputation must come first.

For professionals whose work depends on trust, AI is not just a technology issue — it is a reputation issue. Erin shows why legal and ethical compliance is only the starting point. The better question is: "What does this choice communicate about how I work, what I value, and whether I can be trusted?"

Audience Takeaways

  • Why compliance is only the floor for high-trust professionals

  • How AI use shapes perceptions of expertise, judgment, and integrity

  • Where reputational risk appears before legal risk becomes obvious
